First look: 2-bedroom townhome trend continues off Cheshire Bridge
Tweaked designs lend a better indication how another batch of two-bedroom townhomes is going to look soon in Lindridge Martin-Manor, a tucked-away location near Morningside and southern Buckhead neighborhoods such as Pine Hills.
Now called Pelham Square, the 22-unit, modern-style project is coming together at 2199 Lenox Road, around the corner from Cheshire Bridge Road attractions such as Taverna Plaka and Taqueria Del Sol.
According to listing agent Allen Snow, an Atlanta Fine Homes Sotheby’s International Realty associate broker, all Pelham Square offerings will have two bedrooms and two and ½ bathrooms, each with private yards.
As such, the project continues the trend of building smaller, two-bedroom townhomes—an alternative to intown condos—spotted recently in Grant Park, Home Park (The Interlock), and Summerhill, among other locations.
